Exchanges and returns
Every Fox Mark Tee is made to order, so this policy is short. It covers size exchanges and anything that arrives wrong.
Size exchanges
If your shirt doesn't fit, email hello@nykylomedia.com within 14 days of delivery with your order email and the size you need. The shirt must be unworn, unwashed and in resalable condition.
You pay the postage to send the original shirt back. Once it arrives and is approved, we make and ship the replacement size at our cost.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your shirt arrives damaged or defective, or isn't the size or item you ordered, email a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including the original shipping charge, your choice. We cover any return shipping needed.
Change of mind
Because each shirt is made to order, we don't offer refunds for change of mind on a correctly supplied shirt. This doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
