Drag Tree Simulator — Privacy Policy

Drag Tree Simulator (also shown on your home screen as "Practice Tree") is a drag racing reaction-time trainer developed and published by Nykylo Media LLC ("Nykylo Media", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used and the choices you have. It applies to the Android version on Google Play (package com.nykylomedia.practicetree) and the iOS version on the App Store.

• No account, no sign-in, and no personal details are requested.
• Your practice settings stay on your device.
• The app shows banner ads from Google AdMob, which collects device and usage data to serve ads.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Information stored only on your device

To remember your setup between sessions, the app saves your tree type (Pro or Sportsman), lane, rollout, Pro Mode settings, dial-ins, delay box value and opponent settings in the app's private storage on your phone. This data is never sent to Nykylo Media or anyone else. Reaction times from your runs are shown on screen and are not uploaded or stored on any server.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Our free apps show ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show and measure ads, prevent ad fraud and understand ad performance, the Google Mobile Ads SDK built into the app may automatically collect and send to Google:

• Device or other identifiers, including your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA where permitted)
• Approximate location, derived from your IP address (not GPS)
• App interactions, such as ad views, ad clicks and app launches
• Diagnostics and crash data related to ad delivery and SDK performance

Google processes this data under its own policies. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from apps that use its services. Nykylo Media does not receive your advertising ID or location and only sees aggregated reports (for example, total ad impressions and earnings).

Your ad choices

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads) to delete or reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads.
• iPhone / iPad: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking to control whether apps can request to track you.

If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized.

Permissions

• Internet / network state: needed to load ads.
• Vibration: used for haptic feedback on green and red lights.
• Advertising ID (Android): used by the Google Mobile Ads SDK as described above.

The app does not request access to your location (GPS), camera, microphone, contacts, photos or files.

Data we do not collect

Nykylo Media does not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise (GPS) location, or payment information inside our apps. Our apps do not require an account. We do not sell your personal information.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our apps, contact us and we will help remove it.

Security and retention

Data sent by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. Data stored on your device stays there until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Data held by Google is retained according to Google's policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not hold personal information that identifies you, most requests are best handled through your device's ad settings and Google's My Ad Center. You can also email us and we will help.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our apps change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
